Family Fun at the Days of '47 Rodeo

Sponsored post via Us Family Guide

Utah really knows how to rodeo...or so I've heard...in 14 years I have yet to go to one. *GASP*  I know!!

If you are in the same boat as I, looking for a fun new adventure to try with the kids, the Days of '47 Rodeo should be at the top of your list. Here's the information...

The Days of '47 Komatsu Equipment Rodeo features a number of fun activities for all ages to celebrate the Days of '47 holiday. Plaza events, held from 4-7pm each day, are open to the public and most activites are free! Plaza and Rodeo events include:

Championship rodeo competition

BBQ vendors outdoors
Mechanical bull riding
Live concerts and dancing outdoors
Mutton busting
Petting zoo with over 100 animals
And more!

Honestly, these are my favorite part. It's really great family time to walk around the plaza and people watch while you're participating in all the activities. And the food is mouth-watering long before you ever get to it.

Inside the family fun continues...in your seats and on the arena floor. There are actually nationally nown, but local Utah rodeo families with multiple members competing making it a special event through and through.

Have you ever been to a rodeo?
