I Did It...Did I Tell Anyone About It?

4 months ago I pushed myself out of my own travel writing comfort zone and applied to be a regular contributor at the well-known family travel blog, Suitcases and Sippy Cups.  In many ways it has been eye-opening and exciting.  It's nice to have a well-qualified person affirm that I do a pretty okay job at writing.  I have appreciated working on a deadline and how it (slightly) pulls me out of my natural impulse to procrastinate to the very last day.  It has been invaluable to witness the behind-the-scenes organization of a well-established travel website.
